On October 14, the “Training and Further Education Exchange” took place at the vocational school in Mühlacker. Every year, the event brings together students and companies from the Enzkreis district for an open exchange. Once again, the numerous visitors to the KRAMSKI stand were able to obtain comprehensive information about internships and apprenticeships, dual study programs, further education and career opportunities.

For 13 school pupils on Tuesday morning, the motto was: Come in, get a taste, think inside. We opened our doors from 10 a.m. to 12 noon to show the interested young visitors more about our training opportunities and the corporate culture at Kramski.

On July 13, 2023, we were visited by 15 pupils from the Ludwig-Uhland-Schule (LUS) in Birkenfeld. We are always pleased to be able to inspire young people for technical professions and thus arouse their interest in manual work.

On July 12, 2023, we welcomed the business class from Schiller-Gymnasium Pforzheim to our premises to give them an insight into the world of work at Kramski.

It has become a tradition for our sports-loving employees to take part in the SWP CityLauf in Pforzheim and compete against like-minded people. They combine sport, fun and an entrepreneurial sense of community.

On 24.05.2023 we were allowed to give the students of Pforzheim University an insight into the work and some processes at KRAMSKI.
