Combi connectors
Multi-part plug connectors are highly sophisticated components that we can provide as part of a single-stage production process. Thanks to our special tools, we are able to implement customer-specific requirements and all manner of connection variants, such as curved or folded male/female crimp contacts or integrated oversprings. Mounting of bronze inner conductors in stainless steel housings, for example, is fully integrated into the process, and selectively galvanized stamped strips with customary sheet thicknesses of 0.2 mm – 0.4 mm are processed. The production line includes in-die laser welding, process-integrated laser marking, and the 100% camera check. We are able to achieve maximum performance and robustness in our combi connectors, ideally suited to the customer’s application, by combining various different technical materials and a variety of surfaces.
High-current / high-voltage contact
Our high-voltage contacts are ideally suited for applications which involve high currents thanks to high material cross-sections (up to 5 mm). Safe transmission of high currents is key, particularly in the automotive industry, for e-mobility, and in the field of renewable energies. We produce both female connectors with an integrated contact lamella made from high-performance alloy as well as male connectors with a mounted cap for protection against contact. For example, we process step-milled strips, including with selective precious metal electroplating according to the customer’s requirements, as part of the production process. Our perfectly designed progressive tools mean that production can be carried out in a single stage, including highly precise mounting of the plastic cap, laser welding, laser marking, and 100% in-line camera monitoring.
Round contact
This type of contact can be found in a variety of electrical applications and is used for charging batteries and for signal transmission, for example. The product is characterized by its outstanding shielding, excellent current-carrying capacity, and temperature resistance and is significantly more economical compared to twisted contacts. We produce round contacts with a straight or angled design and, in particular, those with extremely small dimensions (internal dia. up to 0.4 mm). We can produce various customer-specific geometries and complex requirements in single-stage production lines and assembly production. Selective silver plating, dielectric feed, mounting, and delivery continuously on a conveyor belt in environmentally friendly returnable/reusable packaging are standard requirements at KRAMSKI. Fully integrated laser welding and laser marking, including 100% camera check, are also standard at our company. Our flexible production is characterized by a high degree of automation, consultation on technically optimal surfaces, and flexibility when it comes to different customer connections (crimp, solder contact, etc.).
Spring contact
The spring contacts we produce are contact elements for SMD assembly. We use selectively galvanized strips with customary sheet thicknesses of 0.1 mm – 0.4 mm for production. Once the products have undergone 100% in-line camera monitoring, they are packaged in-house for further processing in the tape & reel process.
