Competencies

In recent decades, we have evolved from a purely high-performance tool manufacturer into a producer of sophisticated stamped and hybrid parts along the value chain. With approx. 3 billion parts produced each year, we are continually developing and pooling our various fields of expertise – in a way that perfectly combines them with one another.

Crossing borders

with character

We are specialists in manufacturing high-performance stamping and injection-molding tools, as well as complex, technologically sophisticated stamped and hybrid parts and assemblies made from metal and plastic. Our broadly diversified technological portfolio gives rise to products that redefine the boundaries of what is technically feasible. We develop custom-made manufacturing concepts and solutions for leading suppliers in the fields of mobility, medicine, and industry. And in doing so, we always uphold our claim to make an essential contribution to the economic efficiency of our international customers by providing them with the perfect solution.

Our range of technical services for maximum precision

Our services in equipment construction not only include flat and (optical) profile grinding, cylindrical grinding (internal and external), and (HSC) milling, but also turning, sinker and wire EDM, and laser ablation. Highly precise stamping, riveting, fitting, laser welding, and resistance welding as well as laser marking are then used in the production process. Our hybrid technologies include reel-to-reel manufacturing, manual production/semi-automated, and fully automated insert assembly. Our production lines are rounded off by standard measuring and inspection processes. To refine our parts, we use technologies such as vibratory finishing, brushing, cleaning, abrasive blasting, thermal aging, and tape & reel packaging.

Design & Development

With our expertise in product and process design, we develop custom-made solutions to respond to our customers’ individual challenges. Feasibility checks and failure modes and effects analyses (FMEA) within the team form the basis for adherence to the highest quality standards, along with sophisticated process chains that define our holistic approach.

Prototyping

Our prototype construction services make it possible to guarantee optimal conditions for the series manufacturing of highly precise stamped and metal-plastic composite parts. Fully equipped with all the necessary technology, our prototype construction division operates autonomously with fast response times and carries out quasi-realistic test production of pre-series components.

Tool & mold making

High-end tool manufacturing is in our DNA. Supported by a state-of-the-art fleet of machinery and decades of experience, we pool all our expertise into the manufacturing of highly precise stamping and injection-molding tools.

Stamping technology

We manufacture stamped parts with complex geometries and sophisticated materials in large quantities and to the highest quality requirements. Our production concepts are defined by flexibility, productivity, and cost efficiency.

Injection-molding technology

As part of our hybrid technological approach, we overmold our stamped parts in semi- and fully automated production lines. Through the integration of additional technologies, we are able to manufacture highly complex assemblies and can therefore offer comprehensive solutions from a single source.

Finishing processes

No matter whether parts are produced individually or on a production line – through our value creation processes, we offer a variety of finishing steps that include surface processing, cleaning procedures according to technical cleanliness requirements, and specific packaging procedures for further processing.

Quality management

In all our activities, quality and precision remain key focus points for us – from the initial project concept through to tool creation and series production. We ensure this through monitoring processes that are continuously supported by various systems, as well as through state-of-the-art measuring technology.
