Effective March 1, 2025, Dr. Ingolf Gröning will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the KRAMSKI Group. Together with Dr. Alexander Granget (CFO) and Jörg Carle (COO), he will form our new leadership team. The goal is to further refine our strategic direction and position KRAMSKI as a provider of intelligent, customized solutions in a sustainable and future-proof manner.

More than 270 students, parents, and teachers took advantage of our Career Day to gain exclusive insights into the world of work at KRAMSKI.

Pushing the boundaries of what is possible in the development of high-precision stamping and forming tools while simultaneously increasing production efficiency is a challenge. The use of our new simulation software, STAMPACK, plays a key role in tool design. It allows us to reduce time-consuming preliminary trials. We can confirm feasibility early on, implement adjustments before manufacturing physical components, and thereby not only significantly accelerate the product development process but also act more sustainably.

On November 7, 2024, we had the pleasure of welcoming students from Osterfeld Realschule Pforzheim to our company.

After a short round of introductions and a small refreshment with buttered pretzels and co., our trainers Markus Zahn and Lena Daub presented our company and the various training opportunities at KRAMSKI to the students.

On October 19, 2024, Mühlacker hosted this year’s training and further education fair, a career orientation fair for all those who want to find out about career prospects.

The 6th KRAMSKI Health Day took place on October 09, 2024. An offer as part of our in-house health promotion program, with which we give our employees the opportunity to obtain comprehensive information on various topics in the areas of fitness, ergonomics and prevention.
