After three and a half years of vocational training, our apprentices once again had the opportunity to demonstrate their skills – and they did so with great success.

Once again this year, KRAMSKI GmbH was represented by a dedicated team at the Biet Training Fair and looks back on a successful day. On October 18, 2025, the Monbachhalle in Neuhausen opened its doors to over 60 exhibitors and numerous interested visitors.

On October 11, 2025, the Vocational School Mühlacker transformed into a hub for career orientation. At the 2025 Career and Education Fair, KRAMSKI presented itself alongside around 100 other exhibitors, providing information about apprenticeships, study opportunities, and career prospects within the company.

This year’s trainee trip took us, the commercial trainees, together with the technical trainees and our instructors, Ms. Daub and Mr. Zahn, to the beautiful Monbach Valley. Once there, we were divided into groups and given our exciting task: to build a floating raft using barrels, boards, and ropes.

The project run by the organisation Wirtschaft und Stadtmarketing Pforzheim (WSP) invites school students to learn more about companies.

This year, we are continuing our partnership with WORTH TRUST in Vellore, India—a remarkable organization dedicated to the rehabilitation and education of people with disabilities.
