Today, our CEO Andreas Kramski welcomed 8 colleagues from the management of committed industrial companies in the southwest as part of the “wvib-Chef Exchange of Experience”. The motto was “Knowledge transfer, exchange of experience & best practices”.

On November 28th, 2023, the long-standing employees of the Pforzheim-based stamping and injection molding company Kramski were honored for their 10 and 25 years of service in a festive setting. The Managing Directors and the Kramski shareholder family used the ceremony at the Parkhotel Pforzheim to personally thank those celebrating their anniversaries in 2023 for their valuable commitment and many years of loyalty.

We are pleased to continue our support for WORTH TRUST, an organization located near our site in Vellore, India. This year, we have once again provided technical equipment and financial resources to assist in the expansion and renovation of WORTH TRUST’s facilities.

From November 6 to 10, around 40,000 visitors streamed through the Stuttgart exhibition halls. In total, more than 1,250 exhibitors presented all the detailed and system solutions for the process chains in sheet metal, profile and tube part production to the trade visitors.

In view of high energy prices and ambitious climate policy targets, companies are stepping up their own efforts to improve energy efficiency and save energy. The qualification of employees is one of the most frequently implemented measures. And the qualification of trainees as energy scouts is another example that we at KRAMSKI have taken up the cause.

On October 14, the “Training and Further Education Exchange” took place at the vocational school in Mühlacker. Every year, the event brings together students and companies from the Enzkreis district for an open exchange. Once again, the numerous visitors to the KRAMSKI stand were able to obtain comprehensive information about internships and apprenticeships, dual study programs, further education and career opportunities.
