Today, our CEO Andreas Kramski welcomed 8 colleagues from the management of committed industrial companies in the southwest as part of the “wvib-Chef Exchange of Experience”. The motto was “Knowledge transfer, exchange of experience & best practices”.

On the subject of international sales structures, the event offered all participants a platform to benefit from each other’s experiences and to derive impulses for their own strategy and company management.

In the course of a company presentation and a tour of the company, our visitors were given an insight into the Kramski Group’s field of activity. The main part of the event consisted of a specialist presentation by Andreas Kramski followed by a discussion on the focus topic.

We can look back on an interesting, inspiring day of exchanging experiences and are already looking forward to the new impulses in the coming rounds.
