Exercise
Rehamed
The “Rücken mit Herz” program takes place twice a year in the Rehamed physiotherapy center of ARCUS Clinics Pforzheim. This program involves medical back and joint training as well as exercises for boosting the circulatory system. Our employees have the option of taking part in this special company-subsidized fitness program.
Running sessions
Running sessions are provided once a week and are led by long-distance runner Jola Ketterer. Everyone is welcome – from beginners to marathon runners – and you can join the group at any time. We cover all of the costs for the sessions.
Health days
Health days take place at regular intervals, including in collaboration with our partners. Our employees have the opportunity to learn about various health aspects and take part in treatments.
Jobrad
Our employees can lease a bicycle or e-bike for business and private use through our partner JobRad GmbH, which saves them up to 40% compared with purchasing directly.
Gyms
We have cooperation agreements with selected gyms in Wilferdinger Höhe, meaning our employees can use their services for a discounted rate.

Treatments
Alternative practitioner
All employees are welcome to learn about the treatment methods of Ms. Michaela Siebler for prevention, health maintenance, or healing of acute and chronic illnesses. We cover 100% of the costs for the treatment.
Osteopath
Osteopath Christian Leuchtner performs massages as well as osteopathy and physiotherapy treatments for all employees in our own in-house treatment room. We cover 50% of the costs for this treatment.
Massage room
Enjoy a relaxing break in the relaxation and massage room with the innovative “brainLight” massage chair.
