More than 270 students, parents, and teachers took advantage of our Career Day to gain exclusive insights into the world of work at KRAMSKI.

As a company with over 45 years of experience in vocational training, we are committed to inspiring young talent for careers in both technical and commercial fields – and this year’s event proved to be a great success.

From hands-on information stations showcasing our apprenticeship programs to an interactive application training session, we provided a diverse range of opportunities for visitors to explore their future career paths. One of the highlights was the direct exchange with our current apprentices, giving students an authentic look into daily working life. “We believe in open and honest conversations. By sharing real-life experiences, we help young people make informed decisions about their future,” explains Dorothea Röck-Ballhausen, Head of HR at KRAMSKI.

During the application training, participants received practical tips on how to create a strong application and learned firsthand what really matters in the hiring process. Another key moment was our exclusive factory tour, where visitors got a close-up view of our cutting-edge technologies and the precision manufacturing behind our high-quality components.

The feedback was overwhelmingly positive: “Career Day was really exciting! I got to see what different jobs actually involve, and now I have a much better idea of which direction I want to go after school,” said a student from Carl-Dittler-Realschule.

At KRAMSKI, career fairs and in-house events like our Career Day are an important part of our talent development strategy. In addition to technical and commercial apprenticeships, we also offer dual study programs and a trainee program to develop the next generation of skilled professionals.
