Leadership Transition at

the Kramski group

Dr. Ingolf Gröning Appointed as CEO

Effective March 1, 2025, Dr. Ingolf Gröning will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the KRAMSKI Group. Together with Dr. Alexander Granget (CFO) and Jörg Carle (COO), he will form our new leadership team. The goal is to further refine our strategic direction and position KRAMSKI as a provider of intelligent, customized solutions in a sustainable and future-proof manner.

Dr. Ingolf Gröning studied electrical engineering at RWTH Aachen University and earned his doctorate in magnetic levitation technology. He has extensive experience in drive and systems technology. After holding leadership positions at Bosch Rexroth and WITTENSTEIN cyber motor, he most recently led the strategic realignment of Aquis Group AG.

As CEO, Dr. Gröning will take overall responsibility for our corporate group, including subsidiaries in Sri Lanka, the USA, and India. He succeeds Andreas Kramski, who will transition out of operational management after a handover period and continue to support the company as a shareholder and member of the advisory board.

“Dr. Gröning understands the challenges that mid-sized companies in the metal processing industry face in a globally competitive market. With his expertise, he will be a valuable asset to our company,” says Andreas Kramski.

The company’s ownership structure remains unchanged: KRAMSKI will continue to be 100% family-owned.
