Aus- & Weiterbildungsbörse 2023

On October 14, the “Training and Further Education Exchange” took place at the vocational school in Mühlacker. Every year, the event brings together students and companies from the Enzkreis district for an open exchange. Once again, the numerous visitors to the KRAMSKI stand were able to obtain comprehensive information about internships and apprenticeships, dual study programs, further education and career opportunities.

We want to meet young people at eye level and build bridges between theory and practice. That’s why we focus on direct interaction between students and our trainees at training fairs. In addition to our HR team, some of our current trainees are therefore always part of the permanent stand team. This gives the pupils and prospective graduates first-hand insights and the opportunity to find out from our young colleagues about starting a career at KRAMSKI. “This strengthens communication and creates trust,” explains Lina Drabek, Human Resources at Kramski.

The 2023 fair was once again a great success for Kramski. We met many interested students and had the opportunity to provide valuable insights into the stamping industry. We would like to thank everyone involved for their commitment, especially our trainees, and are already looking forward to the many discussions and new interested parties next year!
