Today, our CEO Andreas Kramski welcomed 8 colleagues from the management of committed industrial companies in the southwest as part of the “wvib-Chef Exchange of Experience”. The motto was “Knowledge transfer, exchange of experience & best practices”.
On the topic of international sales structures, the event offered all participants a platform to benefit from each other’s experiences and to derive impulses for their own strategy and company management.
In the course of a company presentation and a tour of the company, our visitors were given an insight into the Kramski Group’s field of activity. The main part of the event was the specialist presentation by Andreas Kramski, followed by a discussion on the focus topic.
We can look back on an interesting, inspiring day of exchanging experiences and are already looking forward to the new impulses in the coming rounds.
For their loyalty to the company: Kramski honors long-standing employees
On November 28th, 2023, the long-standing employees of the Pforzheim-based stamping and injection molding company Kramski were honored for their 10 and 25 years of service in a festive setting. The Managing Directors and the Kramski shareholder family used the ceremony at the Parkhotel Pforzheim to personally thank those celebrating their anniversaries in 2023 for their valuable commitment and many years of loyalty.
