On November 7, 2024, we had the pleasure of welcoming students from Osterfeld Realschule Pforzheim to our company.

After a short round of introductions and a small refreshment with buttered pretzels and co., our trainers Markus Zahn and Lena Daub presented our company and the various training opportunities at KRAMSKI to the students.

A subsequent tour took the group through our commercial and technical departments. The students were given exciting insights into our working methods and the various fields of activity – directly on site and at first hand. The trainees also took the opportunity to give the students an insight into their own training experiences. They not only explained their daily tasks, but also talked about the challenges and exciting aspects of their respective professions.

In a direct exchange and without any inhibitions, an open discussion ensued, which enabled the pupils to obtain comprehensive information. The event concluded with an interactive Q&A session, during which the young people had the opportunity to share their impressions and clarify any unanswered questions.

We would like to thank Osterfeld Realschule for their visit and are already looking forward to the next meeting.
