On October 11, 2025, the Vocational School Mühlacker transformed into a hub for career orientation. At the 2025 Career and Education Fair, KRAMSKI presented itself alongside around 100 other exhibitors, providing information about apprenticeships, study opportunities, and career prospects within the company.

With engaging presentations and interactive activities, the fair offered a wide range of insights into topics such as dual study programs, further education, and career opportunities. Entertainment was also provided through formats like prize wheel games and digital activities at the exhibition booths.

Once again this year, our apprentices showed great commitment to attracting new talent. At the KRAMSKI booth, they invited visitors to personal conversations and shared first-hand information about our technical and commercial training programs.

In 2025, the fair once again provided an ideal platform to present KRAMSKI to young people as an attractive training company and employer.
