Creating Perspectives Together
KRAMSKI Welcomes Ukrainian Visitor Group as Part of the BBQ Initiative
On June 4, 2025, KRAMSKI had the pleasure of welcoming a very special group of visitors: 16 refugees from Ukraine, accompanied by a translator and a representative from the educational organization BBQ (Bildung & Berufliche Qualifizierung gGmbH). The participants came from a wide range of professional backgrounds – from skilled trades to administrative work – and are part of a project focused on labor market integration in Germany.
The guests were personally welcomed by company founder Wiestaw Kramski, who introduced the company in a short presentation. This was followed by a guided tour of the facilities, giving the visitors fascinating insights into our working environment, training and development opportunities, and the core values that define our company. The focus was not only on technology but also on meaningful exchanges with the people behind the processes.
The visit was marked by openness, mutual respect, and lively dialogue. The guests were impressed by the company, the modern working environment, and the warm welcome they received.
As an educational and project partner of businesses and employers in Baden-Württemberg, BBQ supports companies in addressing the challenges of demographic change and securing skilled labor, while also offering tailored guidance in career orientation. The initiative provides refugees with support in entering the German job market, offering hands-on insights into various professions and companies in the region.
“It’s wonderful to see the commitment and openness with which KRAMSKI welcomed us. Partnerships like these are essential for offering refugees new perspectives and facilitating their access to the world of work,” emphasized Y. Malysheva from BBQ (Bildung & Berufliche Qualifizierung gGmbH).
KRAMSKI has maintained a close partnership with BBQ for around 14 years through the “Berufswahlkompass Metall” project, which provides students from technical secondary schools with practical career orientation.
The visit on June 4 was a great example of lived integration and the valuable role that regional companies play in attracting skilled professionals – and a clear sign that shared values and perspectives create connection. A small but meaningful step toward opening up new opportunities in the labor market.
