KRAMSKI HEALTH DAY 2024

The 6th KRAMSKI Health Day took place on October 09, 2024. An offer as part of our in-house health promotion program, with which we give our employees the opportunity to obtain comprehensive information on various topics in the areas of fitness, ergonomics and prevention.

On this day, all employees were invited to get active themselves at a total of 14 stations in our SkyLounge on numerous health topics and take away new ideas for their everyday lives.

The stations offered a varied program, supported by long-standing and new partners in the field of health promotion. From the smoothie bike and baking check by Techniker Krankenkasse to antioxidant and body fat measurements by AOK to the lung function test by ASS Betriebsärztezentrum, osteo-fascial treatments by SIJUMA and taster offers by alternative practitioner Michaela Siebler – the variety invited all participants to try it out. Highlights such as the “Battle Rope & Y-Challenge” from REHAMED and the tasting of healthy energy balls from the German Naturheilbund rounded off the day and invited participants to try out and discover.

A special highlight this year was the stand of our employee Achim Schmidt, who introduced his colleagues to the winter sport “Para Alpine Skiing” and thus set a strong example for inclusion. With his participation, Achim impressively demonstrated that winter sports are not only possible for people with disabilities, but also incredibly fun.

Health is a matter close to our hearts at KRAMKSI – which is why our employees were able to take advantage of the entire Health Day program during their regular working hours.
