KRAMSKI FAMILY
We are a true family business. This characterizes the nature of our business: we think long-term, often act anti-cyclically and, above all, are independent. Our employees like that. And it is what our customers appreciate.
TWO GENERATIONS
Putting your heart and soul into building something up from the ground and seeing it grow – surely this is the real fascination of any entrepreneurial activity. However, the certainty that the company will continue to be in the best of hands in the future gives particular satisfaction. The company’s founder, Wiestaw Kramski, and his wife Renate consider it very fortunate that the next generation took over the responsibility for the company at a very early stage.
Andreas Kramski joined the company back in the 1990s and has played a decisive role in both, the internationalization of the KRAMSKI Group and in its development from a sole toolmaker to a leading manufacturer of stamped, injection-molded and system parts. Sabine Torres-Kramski, in addition to her very successful career in competitive dance sport (international championship titles and subsequent coaching activities), has always remained associated with the family company and was fully employed by the KRAMSKI Group from 2012 to 2021.
