Your Tasks

  • Guidance of the production with safe-guarding of smooth operations
  • Disciplinal and technical guidance
  • Efficient resource and manpower planning under consideration of priorities
  • Safeguarding of product quality and customer deadlines
  • Responsible of machine maintenance in terms of preventive service as well as identifying and
    rectifying machine troubles
  • Process optimization and reduction of cycle- and production time
  • Leadership, qualification and training of staff (qualification matrix)
  • Prepare and develop key & OEE data and initiate actions
  • Working under two or three shift model

Your Profile

  • Technical education preferable mold and/ or die maker, mechanical engineer, technician with
    experience in the field of production
  • Serial production experience
  • Sound knowledge in mechanical engineering
  • Sound knowledge in plastic injection molding
  • Good computer literacy
  • English fluent in spoken and written
  • Hands-On mentality, team player with high engagement
  • Target- and goal- oriented
