Your Tasks

  • Administration of all Human Resources related processes from recruitment to resignment
    including individual support of all employees as central contact person
  • Maintenance of master data on employees’ personal information and job descriptions including the review and correction of attendance information in the time and attendance system
  • Planning, execution and follow-up of interviews and assessments for internal and external
    candidates including the maintenance of the job application database
  • Carry out induction and orientation for new employees
  • Registration of employee B-cards and attend to change requests
  • Carry out payroll process and other Human Resource related financial processes in collaboration with finance
  • Prepare EPF and ETF documentation for outgoing staff
  • Coordinate and organize internal and external training programs including the review and
    maintanance of training competency matrixes and training plans
  • Raise purchase requests as required for HR functions and follow-up payment process
  • Analyse and prepare HR departmental KPI information and other reporting requirements

Your Profile

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or General Administration or related field
  • Two years work experience in the field of Human Resources Management or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of labour department related processes (EPF, ETF, statutory payments) and labour
    related statutes and legislation
  • Ability to read and converse in English and Sinhala
  • Self-organized and self-responsible way of working, systematic problem-solving skills,
    adherence to deadlines
  • Good knowledge in MS Office software such as MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook
